YUMMI FOOD is an online food ordering and delivery platform connecting users with restaurants and delivery partners. We work as an intermediary to facilitate orders and delivery but are not responsible for restaurant food quality or pricing.


2. User Account

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious or illegal activities.


3. Ordering & Delivery

  • Orders once placed cannot be changed or cancelled unless allowed by the restaurant.

  • Delivery time may vary based on location, restaurant preparation time, traffic, and weather conditions.

  • Users must provide correct delivery address and contact details.

  • If delivery fails due to incomplete address, unreachable phone, or user unavailability — no refund will be issued.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices of food items are set by the restaurants, not by YUMMI FOOD.

  • Additional charges like delivery fee, VAT, or service fee may apply.

  • Payments can be made through available methods such as cash on delivery, mobile banking, or online payment (if enabled).

  • Once an order is confirmed, payment becomes non-refundable except under qualifying cases.


5. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or missing items delivered

  • Restaurant unable to process the order

  • Order cancelled by YUMMI FOOD or partner restaurant

Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method.

6. Food Quality & Responsibility

  • Food is prepared and provided by partner restaurants.

  • Any issues related to taste, quality, hygiene, packaging, or ingredients are the responsibility of the restaurant.

  • YUMMI FOOD will assist in communication but is not liable for food-related issues or allergies.


7. Third-Party Services

Our app may use third-party payment gateways, delivery riders, analytics services, or external links. We are not responsible for their policies or actions. Users interact with them at their own risk.


8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use false or misleading information

  • Abuse the service or attempt unauthorized access

  • Involve in fraudulent transactions

  • Post offensive or harmful content on the platform

Violation of these rules may result in permanent account ban.


9. Intellectual Property

All content including logo, design, text, images, app features & branding belong to YUMMI FOOD. Copying, distributing, or modifying without permission is strictly prohibited.


10. Limitation of Liability

YUMMI FOOD is not liable for:

  • Food taste, quality, preparation, or restaurant service

  • Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or external events

  • Payment gateway errors or technical failures

  • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from service use

Users agree to use the service at their own risk.

We may update or modify this Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept those changes.
